FOODS

This Wednesday and every Wednesday for four weeks, a nutritionist and chef named Scott is teaching me and my sisters how to cook. Today we talked about the digestive system and the colours of the food rainbow and presentation and how if you cook with a positive intention then your food will taste better. We did two recipes, one is a beet hummus and the other a spinach ginger avocado sherbet which was surprisingly good.
